LOSS - Today feels weird - 07/13/2026 - (-1R)

Today felt weird for sure. Markets were already on a downtrend today and Value areas just didn't look right. But, I am training myself to turn those thoughts off. I want my trading to be 100% mechanical. No feelings or thoughts. What would a bot do? Do bots have feelings? No, they just execute. That's how it's going to be for me and that's the lesson I learned today. Let's keep going.

Update:

Almost went into my bad habits of seeing if something is wrong with my strategy after a loss. I noticed that I did that often. Had to stop myself today. I need to stop doing that. Bot is ready right now. there's no need to keep checking if something is wrong. Just stick to the strategy.
